Reach out for Wellness
Overview
Reach Out for Wellness (ROFW), funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Nebraska Extension, is a national project focused on supporting Extension professionals’ wellness after natural disasters. It features an interactive toolkit with web-based products designed to help Extension professionals manage work-related challenges by better understanding their own well-being, learning practical coping strategies and seeking support. Five interactive learning modules (housed on the eXtension Campus platform) and a dynamic self-assessment are part of the toolkit.
Kindred’s Role
Create a cohesive and soothing brand identity and website to supports the project’s misson to mitigate the negative impacts of natural disasters on burnout, wellness and compassion fatigue.

Branding
The branding reflects the caring and friendly nature of the project, with a soothing and positive color scheme. The overlapping colors signify collaboration and support among the Extension community.
Video Production & Interactive Learning
The Reach Out for Wellness Course on Extension, comprised of five interactive learning modules, is designed to support the mental health needs of Extension professionals following natural disasters. It features engaging videos and resources to help users reflect on their wellness, gain coping strategies and seek support.
