LEAF Initiative — Learning Environments for All to Flourish — is an interdisciplinary program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln that enhances young children’s health, development and learning by creating nature-rich environments within early childhood programs across Nebraska.

Branding
The identity is the visual representation of the LEAF Initiative. The leaf icon symbolizes the program’s mission to ensure every child in Nebraska has access to healthy outdoor and indoor environments. The colors reflect the transformative power of nature — the shift from the green of spring to the red of fall.
